The Instanex Skindia DR Index (ISDI) was down 0.40 per cent to 844.88 in London in early trades Friday. Among the ISDI GDR stocks, three advanced, one remained unchanged and three lost ground.
 
The gainers were Ranbaxy, up 2.93 per cent to $21.10, registering a volume of 800 GDRs, Reliance, up 2.38 per cent to $21.50, registering a volume of 49,700 GDRs, and Hindalco up 0.85 per cent to $23.70, registering a volume of 5,000 GDRs.
 
The losers were L&T, down 4.03 per cent to $16.65, registering a volume of 7,500 GDRs, ITC was down 1.79 per cent to $21.90, registering a volume of 56,000 GDRs and SBI was down 0.41 per cent to $22.02, registering a volume of 1,550 GDRs.
 
Instanex Skindia DR Index was down 0.73 per cent to 845.54 on August 12, 2004 and was trading at a P/E of 15.46 (down 0.92 per cent).
 
Among ISDI ADR, four advanced and four lost ground on Thursday. The major gainers were Wipro, up 0.40 per cent to $15.14 with volumes of 105,300 ADRs, HDFC Bank was up 0.37 per cent to $27.24 with volumes of 7,100 ADRs and Satyam Computer was up 0.33 per cent to $18.26 with volumes of 100,600 ADRs. The major losers were Infosys, down 2.68 per cent to $45.37, Dr. Reddy's Lab was down 2.14 per cent to $16.49, registering a volume of 88,500 ADRs and MTNL was down 2.09 per cent to $6.56, registering a volume of 52,500 ADRs.
