The Instanex Skindia DR Index, which tracks 15-actively traded Indian depository receipts, fell around two per cent to 507.21 on Wednesday in early trades in London. Among Indian global depository receipts (GDRs), there were only two gainers and six losers.

The Ranbaxy Laboratories GDR traded up 0.39 per cent to $15.30 in the morning. Hindalco jumped 1.63 per cent to $12.45.

However, Reliance GDR fell 3.31 per cent to $12.27, State Bank of India dropped 0.96 per cent to $15.40 and ITC shed 0.85 per cent to $14 in early trades.

On Tuesday, ISDI fell 1.43 per cent to close at 508.70. While the ISDI P/E ratio also moved down by 1.37 per cent to 10.75 from 10.89.

 

Meanwhile, Indian securities listed on the US exchanges eased on Wednesday.

Infy, the Infosys Tech ADR, shed 66 cents to $62.25; Wit, the Wipro ADR, fell 82 cents to $28.72 and Say, the Satyam Computer ADR, eased 13 cents to $9.

However, Sify, the Satyam Infoway ADR, advanced 17 cents to $4.30 and RDY, the Dr Reddy
