Refined soya oil futures remain weak on sluggish demand

In restricted activity, refined soya oil prices remained weak for the second straight day in futures trade today by losing 0.06% to Rs 623.15 per 10 kg on sluggish demand against adequate stocks position.

At the Multi Commodity Exchange, refined soya oil for delivery in May shed 35 paise, or 0.06% to Rs 623.15 per 10 kg, with an open interest of a single lot.   

Market analysts said sluggish demand against adequate stocks position in the spot market, pulled refined soya oil futures prices down.
