The Instanex Skindia DR Index (ISDI) was down 0.36 per cent to 1,060.82 on April 21 in early morning trades in the western markets. Among ISDI global depository receipts (GDRs), three advanced and four lost ground.
 
The gainers were""Reliance, up 1.39 per cent to $29.20, registering volume of 119,218 GDRs, SBI, up 0.48 per cent to $41.60, registering volume of 17,026 GDRs and Ranbaxy, up 0.41 per cent to $24.35, registering volume of 15,000 GDRs. The major losers were ITC, down 5.77 per cent to $25.63, L&T, down 1.82 per cent to $26.50 and Hindalco, down 1.53 per cent to $30.28.
 
The ISDI which tracks the ADRs and GDRs of 15 actively-traded companies closed down 0.83 per cent to 1,056.64 on the previous day and was trading at a price to earnings multiple of 18.63 (down 0.72 per cent).
 
Among the ISDI ADRs, three advanced, one remained unchanged and four lost ground and among the ISDI ADRs and GDRs, there were ten losers, four gainers and one ruled steady.
 
The gainers were Dr Reddy's Labs, up 1.61 per cent to $22.15, ICICI Bank, up 0.61 per cent to $16.39 and HDFC Bank, up 0.26 per cent to $30.84. The major losers were Infosys, down 2.43 per cent to $86.35, Satyam Computer, down 1 per cent to $22.75 and VSNL down 0.48 per cent to 8.25.
 
The GDR of Ranbaxy Labs also inched up to $24.14 from $24.032, previously. However, the GDRs of ITC and Bajaj Auto dropped to $25.63 and $21.36, respectively, from $27.20 and $22.40, previously.
