The shares of Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group’s Reliance Natural Resources (RNRL) jumped 4.56 per cent to Rs 66.55 as hearing on the gas dispute involving the Ambani brothers resumes on Wednesday. RNRL was the second-biggest gainer in BSE’s ‘A’ group.

In the hearing on Tuesday, the Supreme Court had observed that gas was a national resource owned by the government and, therefore, subject to government policy. They are fighting a legal battle in the apex court over use of natural gas produced by Reliance Industries from KG-D6.
