Rollatainers has locked in upper circuit of 5% at Rs 409 after the company announced bonus issue plans.
“The board of directors of the company will meet on January 10, 2013 to consider issue of bonus shares to the shareholders of the company,” Rollatainers said in a filing.
The stock opened at Rs 409 and hit a low of Rs 405 on the BSE. Around 4,195 shares have changed hands on the counter and there are pending buy orders for 3,199 shares on the BSE.
