Saria falls on reduced offtake

Saria prices fell by Rs 200 per tone on the local steel and iron market today due to reduced offtake by constructions units. 

Traders said reduced offtake by constructions units against adequate stocks brought down saria prices. 

In the saria section, Kamdhenu-mm-10-mm and 12-mm were down by Rs 200 each to Rs 41,100, Rs 42,800 and Rs 41,500 per tonne, respectively.

Similarly, the saria 16-25-mm traded lower by the same margin to Rs 39,350 per tonne.
