Saria rises on fresh stockists buying

Saria strengthened by Rs 350 per tonne in the wholesale steel market today on emergence of stockists buying, followed by pick up in demand.

Traders said increased buying by stockists followed by pick up in demand mainly pushed up the wholesale saria prices.

In the saria section, Kamdhenu 8-mm,10-mm and 12-mm were up by Rs 350 each to Rs 39,950, Rs 39,650 and Rs 38,350 per tonne, respectively. 

Similarly, saria 16-25-mm traded higher by the same margin at Rs 38,200 per tonne.
