Saria strengthens on fresh buying

Saria prices rose by Rs 300 per tonne in the wholesale steel market today on emergence of stockists buying followed by robust demand. Marketmen said fresh buying by stockists driven by pick up in demand mainly led to a rise in wholesale saria prices.

In the saria section, Kamdhenu 8-mm,10-mm and 12-mm were up Rs 300 each to Rs 32,200, Rs 32,200 and Rs 32,000 per tonne, respectively.

Saria 16-25-mm also traded higher by the same margin at Rs 32,200 per tonne.
