Market regulator Sebi today revoked the ban it had imposed on International Hometex and its three directors from the capital markets, in case related to failure by the firm to resolve pending investor grievances against it.
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) has revoked the curbs as the company has redressed all investor complaints pending against it as on November 25, 2013.
In August, last year, Sebi had barred International Hometex and its directors -- Vineet Kumar Agarwal, Vinod Kumar Agarwal and Vishwinder Nath Gupta -- from accessing the securities market till it resolves the complaints.

"It is noted that the company has resolved all pending investors' complaints that were the cause for the issuance of the directions vide order dated August 10, 2012, as well as other complaints against it as on November 25, 2013," Sebi said in the order.
"...Hereby revoke the directions issued against International Hometex Ltd and its directors, Vineet Kumar Agarwal, Vinod Kumar Agarwal and Vishwinder Nath Gupta, vide Order dated August 10, 2012," the regulator added.
