Select commodities rise

The prices of toor dal, ural dal and gram dal went down, while all other commodities remained unchanged in the wholesale foodgrains market here today.

Toor dal moved down by Rs 200 per quintal to Rs 6,800 from Rs 7,000.

Urad dal declined by Rs 100 per quintal to Rs 6,000 against previous rate of Rs 6,100. Gram dal went down by Rs 50 per quintal to Rs 3,050 against previous level of Rs 3,100.

Moong dal, sugar, wheat, maida and sooji were taken at their previous rates.

Following are the today's wholesale prices of commodities per quintal:

Toor dal Rs 6,800, urad dal Rs 6,000, moong dal Rs 7,000, gram dal Rs 3,050, sugar Rs 2,900, wheat Rs 1,950, maida (90 kg) Rs 1,750 and sooji (90 kg) Rs 1,950.
