Sensex at day's high, up 508pts

The Sensex has zoomed to the day's high and is now up 508 points at 9804.

Reliance Energy and Grasim have zoomed 12% each to Rs 423 and Rs 1,749, respectively.

Reliance and Larsen & Toubro have rallied 10% each to Rs 909 and Rs 2,066, respectively.

NTPC and HDFC are up over 9% each at Rs 109 and Rs 1,211, respectively.

The market breadth is fairly positive - out of 2,402 stocks traded so far, 1,421 have advanced, 948 have declined and 33 are unchanged.
