<b>Sensex at new high,</b> up 458pts; SBI zooms 4%

The Sensex has zoomed past its all-time high, on the back of unabated buying, and is now up 458 points at 19,229.

SBI has zoomed over 6% to Rs 2,066. Tata Steel, Larsen & Toubro and ACC have soared over 3.5% each to Rs 1,026, Rs 3,581 and Rs 1,099, respectively.

ACC and Hindalco have surged 3% each to Rs 1,099 and Rs 198, respectively.

Reliance Energy, Reliance Communications, HDFC and ITC have rallied around 2.5% each to Rs 1,693, Rs 769, Rs 2,587 and Rs 187, respectively.

Grasim, Mahindra & Mahindra and Reliance have gained 2% each to Rs 3,782, Rs 788 and Rs 2,681, respectively.

ONGC has moved up 1.7% to Rs 1,133. BHEL, Tata Motors, NTPC and TCS have advanced 1.5% each to Rs 2,325, Rs 805, Rs 226 and Rs 1,065, respectively.
