Sensex down 100pts; ONGC drops 3%

The Sensex is now down 100 points at 13,467.

ONGC has plunged nearly 3% to Rs 892. HDFC and Satyam have slipped around 2% each to Rs 1,528 and Rs 459, respectively.

SBI, BHEL, Dr.Reddy's and TCS have dropped around 1.5% each to Rs 1,156, Rs 2,214, Rs 787 and Rs 1,238, respectively.

Grasim, Gujarat Ambuja and Reliance Energy are the other prominent losers.

The market breadth is negative - out of 2,434 stocks traded so far, 1,322 have declined, 1,043 have advanced and 69 are unchanged.
