Sensex down 101pts; Bharti, RCom weak

The Sensex is now down 101 points at 14,117.

Bharti Airtel, SBI and Reliance Communications (RCom) have shed around 1.5% each to Rs 824, Rs 1,267 and Rs 487, respectively.

Gujarat Ambuja and Tata Steel have slipped 1.3% each to Rs 113 and Rs 624, respectively.

ACC, ICICI Bank, HDFC, HDFC Bank and Cipla are down over 1% each to Rs 848, Rs 899, Rs 1,735, Rs 1,078 and Rs 204, respectively.

NTPC has spurted 1.3% to Rs 164. Wipro is the other notable gainer at Rs 535.
