Sensex down 102pts; ICICI, HDFC Bank weak

The Sensex opened with a negative gap of 119 points at 19,129, and slipped to a low of 19,064. The index is now down 102 points at 19,146.

HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank have declined 2% each to Rs 1,610 and Rs 1,134, respectively.

NTPC and Reliance Energy have shed 1.5% each at Rs 235 and Rs 1,764, respectively.

DLF is down over 1% at Rs 882.
