Sensex down 10pts; Rel Comm plunges 4%

The Sensex is now down 10 points at 13,862.

HDFC has rallied 3.3% to Rs 1,633, and ICICI Bank has advanced 2.3% to Rs 911.

ONGC has surged over 2% to Rs 894. Grasim and HLL are up over 1% each to Rs 2,830 and Rs 213, respectively.

Reliance Communications has plunged 4% to Rs 446. Maruti and Gujarat Ambuja have plunged 3% each to Rs 938 and Rs 139, respectively.

Hindalco has dropped 2.5% to Rs 171. Dr.Reddy's and ITC have slipped over 2% each to Rs 808 and Rs 165, respectively.

Larsen & Toubro, ACC and Tata Motors are down around 1.5% each to Rs 1,468, Rs 1,053 and Rs 933, respectively.

Out of 2,656 stocks traded so far, 1,628 have advanced, 980 have declined and the rest are unchanged.
