Sensex down 110pts, NTPC zooms 7%

The Sensex is still down nearly 110 points at 20,358.

ICICI Bank has dropped 3% to Rs 1,228.

TCS and Wipro are down 3% each at Rs 1,018 and Rs 495, respectively. Infosys is down 2% at Rs 1,709.

L&T has declined 2% to Rs 4,059. ITC has slipped 3% to Rs 213.

Grasim is still down 4% at Rs 3,618. Bharti is steady at Rs 947 - down 2%.

Reliance Energy is still up 7.5% (Rs 177) at Rs 2,543.

HUL has zoomed over 3% to Rs 223. Reliance is up 1.5% at Rs 2,905.

NTPC has advanced 7% to Rs 274. ONGC is still up 4% at Rs 1,316.

Advances continue to be ahead of declines - out of 2,942 scrips traded till now, 1,607 have logged gains.
