Sensex down 123pts; HLL, Reliance shed 2%

The Sensex is now down 123 points at 10,103.

Wipro has slumped almost 5% to Rs 462. Satyam has shed 4% to Rs 667.

Tata Motors and Reliance Communications have slipped over 3% each to Rs 666 and Rs 238, respectively. NTPC has declined nearly 3% to Rs 110.

HLL, Reliance, Tata Steel and Gujarat Ambuja are down over 2% each to Rs 225, Rs 983, Rs 468 and Rs 100, respectively.

Out of 2,230 stocks traded so far, 1,681 have declined, 487 have advanced and the rest are unchanged.
