Sensex down 126pts; Tata Motors gains 2%

The Sensex is now down 126 points at 19,508.

DLF and BHEL have plunged around 3% each to Rs 920 and Rs 2,706, respectively. TCS has shed 2.5% at Rs 964.

Maruti, HDFC, Infosys and Hindalco have slipped around 2% each to Rs 1,030, Rs 2,635, Rs 1,587 and Rs 201, respectively.

ACC has soared 3.7% to Rs 1,124. Tata Motors has rallied 1.8% to Rs 715.

Tata Steel has gained 1.5% at Rs 876, and ITC is up over 1% at Rs 201.

Out of 2,830 stocks traded so far, 1,837 have advanced, 951 have declined and 42 are unchanged.
