ACC has moved up 2.4% to Rs 696. Tata Steel is up 1.63% to Rs 905, and Tata Motors has advanced 1% to Rs 676. Ranbaxy, Grasim Satyam, Maruti and Infosys are the other gainers.
Jaiprakash Associates has declined 3% to Rs 262. Reliance Infra is down 2.2% at Rs 1,428, Bharti is trading 2.2% lower at Rs 833. Wipro and M&M are down 2% each to Rs 496 and Rs 649. Bhel, SBI, RCom, L&T, Hindalco, TCS, HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank are all trading 1 per cent lower.
