Sensex down 149pts; BHEL drops 3%

The Sensex is now down 149 points at 13,417.

ICICI Bank has slipped over 3% to Rs 882. ONGC has shed nearly 3% to Rs 892, and BHEL has dropped 2.7% to Rs 2,189.

Dr.Reddy's, NTPC and SBI have declined around 2% each to Rs 781, Rs 133 and Rs 1,153, respectively.

HDFC, TCS, Reliance Energy and Gujarat Ambuja are down around 1.5% each to Rs 1,535, Rs 1,236, Rs 508 and Rs 138, respectively.

Out of 2,654 stocks traded so far, 1,573 have declined, 1,029 have advanced and 52 are unchanged.
