Sensex down 149pts; ICICI drops 2%

The Sensex is now down 149 points at 12,975.

ICICI Bank has dropped 2% to Rs 860. Infosys and HDFC Bank have shed 1.7% each to Rs 2,022 and Rs 960, respectively.

Maruti and Satyam have slipped around 1.5% each to Rs 806 and Rs 465, respectively.

Bharti Airtel, Reliance Energy, Larsen & Toubro and Hindalco are down 1% each to Rs 768, Rs 471, Rs 1,600 and Rs 132, respectively.
