Sensex down 149pts; RCL gains 2%

The Sensex is now down 149 points at 10,771.

ICICI Bank has slipped over 4% to Rs 487. Satyam has dropped 3% to Rs 712.

Larsen & Toubro has declined 2% to Rs 2,222. TCS, Bajaj Auto, Tata Steel, Hindalco, Dr.Reddy's and BHEL are the other significant losers.

Reliance Communications (RCL) has gained 1.6% at Rs 263.

Out of 2,176 stocks traded so far, 1,265 have declined, 847 have advanced and 64 are unchanged.
