Sensex down 151pts; Wipro spurts 1%

The Sensex is now down 151 points at 13,416.

BHEL has shed 4% to Rs 2,159. ICICI Bank and Reliance Communications have tumbled over 3% each to Rs 884 and Rs 410, respectively.

ONGC and NTPC have dropped around 2.5% each to Rs 894 and Rs 132, respectively.

SBI, Dr.Reddy's and Gujarat Ambuja have slipped around 2% each to Rs 1,149, Rs 782 and Rs 137, respectively.

Wipro has spurted 1% to Rs 587.

Out of 2,673 stocks traded so far, 1,555 have declined, 1,069 have advanced and 49 are unchanged.
