Sensex down 152pts; Grasim, L&T drag

The Sensex has slipped deeper into red and is now down 152 points at 15,605.

The NSE Nifty is down 46 points at 4,715.

Grasim has plunged 3.5% to Rs 2,535. Larsen & Toubro has tumbled over 3% to Rs 2,634.

Bharti Airtel and Wipro have shed around 2% each at Rs 802 and Rs 426, respectively.

TCS has slipped 1.5% to Rs 886. Tata Motors, ICICI Bank and ACC have dropped over 1% each to Rs 625, Rs 799 and Rs 826, respectively.

Tata Steel, ITC, Infosys and NTPC are down over 1% each to Rs 671, Rs 208, Rs 1,477 and Rs 189, respectively.

BHEL has gained 2% at Rs 1,669.
