Sensex down 160pts; Rel Energy soars 4%

The Sensex is now down 160 points at 19,130.

Wipro has plunged 3.5% to Rs 461. ONGC has shed 2.3% at Rs 1,260.

ICICI Bank has slipped 2.7% to Rs 1,171. HDFC Bank has declined over 2% to Rs 1,583, and SBI is down 1.6% at Rs 2,231.

Satyam and Reliance Communications have dropped 2% each to Rs 426 and Rs 713, respectively.

Bharti Airtel has shed 1.7% at Rs 885. TCS and Grasim re down 1.5% each at Rs 983 and Rs 3,560, respectively.

Reliance Energy has soared 3.5% to Rs 1,882. Ranbaxy and Hindalco have surged over 2% each to Rs 437 and Rs 193, respectively.

ACC and NTPC have moved up 1.4% each to Rs 1,042 and Rs 244, respectively. Hindustan Unilever has added 1% to Rs 194.
