Sensex down 166pts; REL, Bharti slips 2%

The Sensex is now down 166 points at 19,082.

Reliance Energy and Bharti Airtel have shed 2.3% each at Rs 1,748 and Rs 927, respectively.

NTPC and ICICI Bank have dropped 2% each to Rs 234 and Rs 1,135, respectively.

ACC and HDFC Bank have slipped 1.7% each to Rs 1,109 and Rs 1,616, respectively.

DLF has declined 1.5% to Rs 879. Wipro, Hindalco, Maruti, Mahindra & Mahindra and BHEL are down 1% each at Rs 447, Rs 192, Rs 942, Rs 710 and Rs 2,580, respectively.

SBI has rallied 1.8% to Rs 2,283.
