Sensex down 169pts; ICICI Bk, Satyam lead fall

The Sensex is now down 169 points at 10,751.

ICICI Bank has shed 4.4% to Rs 485. Satyam has slipped nearly 3% to Rs 713.

Bajaj Auto, TCS, HDFC Bank, Larsen & Toubro and Dr.Reddy's have declined over 2% each to Rs 2,750, Rs 1,810, Rs 790, Rs 2,223 and Rs 1,350, respectivey.

Reliance, Hindalco and Maruti are also trading with significant losses.

HLL is up 1% at Rs 245.

Out of 2,024 stocks traded so far, 1,220 have declined, 736 have advanced and 68 are unchanged.
