Sensex down 16pts, Infosys up 1%

The Sensex is now down 16 points at 7,271.

Infosys has moved a per cent (Rs 24) to Rs 2,371. ITC is up Rs 19 at Rs 1,695.

ONGC is still down Rs 22 at Rs 953. Reliance is steady at Rs 630 - down Rs 15. HLL has declined Rs 2 to Rs 161.

HDFC is down Rs 24 at Rs 907.

ACC is steady at Rs 395 - up Rs 4. Hero Honda is up Rs 11 at Rs 587.

IndusInd Bank and Karnataka Bank continue to trade with losses.

Advances have moved ahead of declines - out of 2,460 scrips traded till now, 1,336 have moved up, 1,049 have declined and 75 are unchanged.

Reliance Capital is the most active counter with a turnover of over Rs 214 crore followed by Jubilant (Rs 134 crore), NDTV (Rs 121 crore) and Provogue (Rs 109 crore).
