Sensex down 187pts; breadth still +ve

The Sensex is now down 187 points at 13,673.

Satyam has plunged 3.5% to Rs 484. Maurti has tumbled 3.3% to Rs 905. Wipro and TCS have dropped nearly 3% each to Rs 582 and Rs 1,225, respectively.

Infosys, Tata Motors and Reliance Communications have declined around 2.5% each to Rs 2,214, Rs 909 and Rs 436, respectively.

Bajaj Auto, HLL and Hindalco are down around 2% each to Rs 2,720, Rs 208 and Rs 168, respectively.

ONGC is up 1.7% at Rs 912.

Out of 2,605 stocks traded so far, 1,591 have advanced, 968 have declined and 46 are unchanged.
