Sensex down 19pts; ACC drops 2%

The Sensex is now down 19 points at 6,599.

ACC is now down 2% (Rs 7) to Rs 369. Gujarat Ambuja is flat at Rs 456. Grasim is down Rs 6 at Rs 1,349.

Infosys has declined 1.8% (Rs 38) to Rs 2,043. Wipro is still down Rs 8 at Rs 695.

HDFC has declined 1.6% (Rs 13) to Rs 803. Reliance Energy is down 1.6% (Rs 9) at Rs 571.

Ranbaxy is down more than a per cent (Rs 11) at Rs 1,067. Dr. Reddy's is also trading on a weak note.

ITC is still up Rs 13 at Rs 1,354. HLL is flat at Rs 166. SBI is steady at Rs 652 - up Rs 4. Reliance is down Rs 2 at Rs 534.

Bharti has gained 2% (Rs 4) to Rs 221. Tisco is steady at Rs 403 - up Rs 6 (1.5%). Satyam is up Rs 4 at Rs 408.

Auto scrips are trading with marginal gains.

The broad market is in positive zone. While 1,498 scrips have advanced, 733 have declined in early noon trades.
