Sensex down 200pts, ITC gains 3%

The Sensex is now down 200 points at 20,176.

Bharti is now down 5.5% at Rs 995.

ICICI Bank has declined over 3% to Rs 1,250. HDFC Bank has slipped 1.6% to Rs 1,756.

Maruti is down 3% at Rs 1,045.

Reliance, SBI, NTPC, ONGC, RCom, REL and Satyam are also trading with losses.

ITC has gained over 3% to Rs 196.  M&M is up nearly 3% at Rs 810.

Bajaj is up 1% at Rs 2,806. Cipla, DLF, Hindalco and HUL are also trading with gains.

Advances continue to be ahead of declines - out of 2,884 scrips traded till now, 1,905 have logged gains.
