Sensex down 23pts; tech stocks weak

The Sensex is now down 23 points at 13,856.

Infosys has slipped 1.5% to Rs 2,010. HDFC Bank, TCS and Wipro are down 1% each at Rs 990, Rs 1,265 and Rs 550, respectively.

Tata Steel and Hindalco have spurted 1% each to Rs 558 and Rs 147, respectively.
