Sensex down 25pts; market breadth tuns negative

The Sensex is now down 25 points at 11,477.

HDFC has dropped 1.7% to Rs 1,295. Cipla has slipped 1.5% to Rs 248.

HDFC Bank, SBI and Grasim are down nearly 1% each.

The market breadth has turned negative - out of 2,253 stocks traded so far, 1,171 have declined, 994 have advanced and the rest are unchanged.
