Sensex down 25pts; Satyam up 2%

The Sensex slipped to a low of 12,860, and is now down 25 points at 12,903.

Satyam has surged 2% to Rs 445. Tata Steel has spurted 1% to Rs 517.

HDFC has slipped 1.2% to Rs 1,527. Maruti and NTPC are down around 1% each at Rs 952 and Rs 130, respectively.

Tata Motors, Larsen & Toubro and HLL are the other notable losers.
