Sensex down 28pts; Hero Honda rallies 3%

The Sensex is now down 28 points at 13,737.

SBI has soared 3.4% to Rs 1,118. Hero Honda has surged nearly 3% to Rs 699.

Reliance Energy has gained 1.4% at Rs 513. Ranbaxy, Bharti Airtel and Tata Steel are up over 1% each at Rs 393, Rs 825 and Rs 559, respectively.

TCS has shed 2.5% to Rs 1,236. Cipla and HLL have shed 1.7% each to Rs 208 and Rs 191, respectively.

ONGC has dropped 1.5% to Rs 908. HDFC, BHEL, Satyam and Infosys are down 1% each to Rs 1,589, Rs 2,440, Rs 452 and Rs 1,984, respectively.

Out of 2,597 stocks traded so far, 1,472 have declined, 1,027 have advanced and 98 are unchanged.
