Sensex down 28pts; ICICI Bank gains 3%

The Sensex is now down 28 points at 18,087.

The NSE Nifty is down 22 points at 5,281.

Tata Motors has slipped 2.5% to Rs 732, and ONGC has shed 1.5% at Rs 1,018.

BHEL, DLF, TCS and Wipro have dropped 1.3% each to Rs 2,230, Rs 867, Rs 860 and Rs 415, respectively.

Satyam, Grasim and Bharti Airtel are down 1% each at Rs 433, Rs 2,785 and Rs 873, respectively.

ICICI Bank has surged 2.6% to Rs 1,222, and Reliance Energy has gained 2.3% at Rs 1,748.

Tata Steel has moved up 1.7% to Rs 833. Reliance Communications has added 1.5% to Rs 621.

Hindustan Unilever and Mahindra & Mahindra have advanced 1.3% each to Rs 214 and Rs 627, respectively.

Ranbaxy and NTPC are up over 1% each at Rs 401 and Rs 206, respectively.
