Sensex down 300pts, Satyam up 3%

The Sensex, which hit a low of 14,571 in early morning deals, has recovered over 200 points in noon deals, and is now down 302 points at 14,798.

Bharti continues to trade with a loss of over 4% at Rs 835.

HDFC, ICICI Bank and Hindalco are still down over 3% each.

Reliance is witnessing buying at lower levels, and is now down only 1.6% at Rs 1,812.

Satyam has zoomed over 3% (Rs 16) to Rs 483. Infosys has gained Rs 3 to Rs 1,939. Ambuja Cement and Tata Motors are also trading with marginal gains.
