Sensex down 31pts; ICICI, HDFC Bank slip

The Sensex is now down 31 points at 12,853.

ICICI Bank has dropped 2% to Rs 840, and the HDFC Bank has shed 1.7% to Rs 939.

Infosys, Tata Motors and SBI have slipped over 1% each to Rs 1,968, Rs 711 and Rs 965, respectively.

Hero Honda has rallied 1.7% to Rs 667. TCS and Larsen & Toubro have moved up 1.3% each to Rs 1,217 and Rs 1,586, respectively.

Satyam, HDFC and Wipro are up 1% each at Rs 461, Rs 1,535 and Rs 564, respectively.
