Sensex down 338pts, HDFC, TCS drop 4%

The Sensex is now moving in a narrow range, and is down 338 points at 14,762.

HDFC has plunged 4.5% to Rs 1,924.

TCS has dropped over 4% to Rs 1,099.

ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank are still down 3% each at Rs 862 and Rs 1,122, respectively. SBI is now down 2% at Rs 1,610.

Reliance is still down over 2% at Rs 1,805. ITC has gained some ground, but is still down 2% at Rs 161.
