Sensex down 33pts; SBI, ITC on slippery ground

The Sensex is now down 33 points at 11,469.

HDFC has dropped 2.3% to Rs 1,287. Bajaj Auto and Cipla have slipped 1.5% each to Rs 2,710 and Rs 248, respectively.

Reliance Communications, SBI, Maruti, ITC and Larsen & Toubro are down around 1% each.

NTPC is up 1% at Rs 124. Tata Motors, Dr.Reddy's and Reliance Energy are the other notable gainers.

Out of 2,477 stocks traded so far, 1,350 have declined, 1,056 have advanced and the rest are unchanged.
