Sensex down 35pts; Infosys slips 2%

The slipped to a low of 9515, and is now down 35 points at 9549.

Ranbaxy has surged 4.3% to Rs 395. Gujarat Ambuja up 1% at Rs 87 is the only other notable gainer among the Sensex stocks.

Infosys has declined almost 2% to Rs 2,972.

Hero Honda at Rs 860 and Hindalco at Rs 150 are down 1.3% each.

HDFC and Tata Steel have dropped 1% each at Rs 1,249 and Rs 376, respectively.

Reliance is down nearly 1% at Rs 902.

Out of 2,279 stocks traded so far, 1,067 have moved up, 1,141 have declined and the rest are unchanged.
