Sensex down 38pts, HLL drops 3%

The Sensex is now down 38 points at 10,361.

HDFC has advanced 3.5% to Rs 1,165. BHEL and ICICI Bank have moved up 1.3% each to Rs 1,928 and Rs 543, respectively.

Hero Honda has gained 1% at Rs 779.

HLL has dropped 3% to Rs 227. Bharti Airtel and Tata Power have shed 2.5% each to Rs 356 and Rs 485, respectively.

Larsen & Toubro has slipped 2.3% to Rs 2,265. TCS and Maruti are down 1.5% each at Rs 1,755 and Rs 724, respectively.

Out of 2,262 stocks traded so far, 1,274 have declined, 927 have advanced and 61 are unchanged.
