Sensex down 39pts; breadth neutral

 Tata Motors, ONGC and Maruti have gained 1% each at Rs 648, Rs 869 and Rs 726, respectively.

The market breadth is almost neutral - out of 2,186 stocks traded so far, 1,066 have advanced, 1,054 have declined and 66 are unchanged.
