Sensex down 39pts; Hero Honda drops 3%

The Sensex is now down 39 points at 10,828.

ICICI Bank has advanced over 3% to Rs 565. BHEL has gained 1.4% at Rs 2,179.

Hero Honda has declined almost 3% to Rs 669. Wipro has shed 2.7% to Rs 494, and Satyam has dropped 2.4% to Rs 737.

Larsen & Toubro, Maruti and Bharti Airtel have slipped over 2% each to Rs 2,191, Rs 767 and Rs 392, respectively.

Dr.Reddy's, Gujarat Ambuja and ONGC are down nearly 2% each to Rs 1,401, Rs 104 and Rs 1,161, respectively.

Tata Motors, Reliance and Grasim are down over 1% each.

Out of 2,403 stocks traded so far, 1,261 have declined, 1,050 have advanced and 92 are unchanged.
