Sensex down 434pts; DLF, Bharti drop 3%

The Sensex has drifted deeper into red and is now down 434 points at 19,817.

Reliance Energy, HDFC Bank and Tata Motors have plunged over 4% each to Rs 2,265, Rs 1,709 and Rs 737, respectively.

DLF and Bharti Airtel have tumbled 3.3% each to Rs 1,136 and Rs 829, respectively.

Reliance Communications and Hindalco have slipped around 3% each to Rs 753 and Rs 192, respectively.

BHEL and Reliance have shed 2.8% each at Rs 2,348 and Rs 3,075, respectively.

TCS has moved up 1.5% to Rs 953.
