Sensex down 43pts; ACC gains 3%

The Sensex is now down 43 points at 13,653.

Satyam has tumbled 3.7% to Rs 461. TCS and Wipro have shed 2.4% each to Rs 1,249 and Rs 573, respectively. Infosys has slipped 2% to Rs 2,086.

Cipla and Tata Steel are down over 1% each at Rs 233 and Rs 527, respectively.

ACC has soared over 3% to Rs 811. Gujarat Ambuja has surged 2.5% to Rs 115, and Grasim has added 1% to Rs 2,398.

Reliance Energy has advanced 1.7% to Rs 513. Larsen & Toubro and HDFC Bank are up 1% each at Rs 1,678 and Rs 981, respectively.
