Sensex down 43pts; ACC, HDFC weak

The Sensex is now down 43 points at 14,088.

Dr.Reddy's, Tata Motors and Maruti have moved up 1.4% each to Rs 620, Rs 649 and Rs 729, respectively.

ICICI Bank and Satyam are the other major gainers.

ACC has shed 1.5% to Rs 795. HDFC has slipped 1.3% to Rs 1,757.

Grasim, HDFC Bank and Hero Honda are down around 1% each at Rs 2,360, Rs 1,076 and Rs 699, respectively.
