Sensex down 43pts; Bajaj Auto slips 3%

The Sensex is now down 43 points at 11,102.

HDFC and Cipla have advanced 2% each to Rs 1,264 and Rs 236, respectively. Hindalco has added 1.5% to Rs 166.

Grasim and NTPC are up 1% each at Rs 2,168 and Rs 122, respectively.

Bajaj Auto has dropped 3% to Rs 2,610. ONGC has slipped 1.5% to Rs 1,186.

Reliance, Satyam, Maruti, ITC, Tata Motors and SBI have declined over 1% each.

Out of 2,351 stocks traded so far, 1,360 have advanced, 908 have declined and the rest are unchanged.
